A child is said to be a toddler when he/she is 1 to 3 years old. As per the average of about 12 months, a toddler’s first word regularly happens. 18 months is the time when a toddler’s language increments quickly, and then keep on steadily adding to his/her vocabulary. He or she may learn upwards of at least about 8-9 new words a day. Huge psychological gains in a toddler is picking up the capacity to point at whatever it is the toddler needs you to see. By noticing if the toddler perceives that their appearance in a mirror is in reality themselves, a parent can test if this milestone has been reached. Toddlers are moving around more, and know about themselves and their environment during the second year. Their desire to investigate new objects and people is also increasing. A toddler will indicate disobedient behavior, imitate the behavior of other, and perceive themselves in picture or mirror, especially adults and older children. Toddler will demonstrate more independence, during this stage. Additionally, a toddler should follow simple instructions and direction, form simple phrases and sentences, be able to recognize the names of familiar people and objects.
