BrushingWhat you heard during your childhood about brushing your hair in the morning after waking up and again before going to sleep at night is absolutely right. However, brushing down from the scalp is not recommended as it tends to cause your hair to break from the roots. It is a better idea to brush from the bottom and make your way up to the top. In addition, don’t brush your hair immediately after washing it, since it is weakest right after a wash. Wait for at least twenty minutes after washing your hair to start brushing it.
